I recommend serious builders not hanging out on the chat lists! These will suck the life from you and burn up time you should be using to finish your craft.
Or go to work at your job so you can buy parts. Hell mow the lawn but don't get sucked in during the build. Some guys are seriously building but most just want you to think they are. Really there just bored and like rehashing the same crap. Need help on your build? Contact the designer it's the right info and it won't cause you to get sucked in to this old fart trap and wannabe hang out!
No matter what you think you will never find any new info or technology that is tested in a chat forum. No one cares about your idea! More than likely it's been gone over a few times already.
Heres a idea if you need to change your craft in some way and your not sure how to do it yourself? Buy different plans that do what you want!! Don't fix up 30 year old designs that the designer won't even update! I guarantee if you stick to this plan you will build in half the time. One last thing YOUR NOT THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE.
